Speaking to the media this morning, Mr Gunner became visibly frustrated as he answered a question about the NT Government's access to vaccination data from Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) in the NT.
"What we don't have and still don't have is the vaccine rates for individual communities. As we explained yesterday, and broke down the Doherty modeling, was absolutely a compelling reason why we must have the vaccine data for individual communities," Mr Gunner said.
"I really want individual community vaccination rates for the 29 ACCHO communities, we've asked politely...So as a result, we're now recording them as a zero per cent vaccination. And we're applying all our public health measures to those remote communities.
"Now I would like to have a more nuanced response to that remote community. I would like to have that individual vaccination data.

It comes as Mr Gunner announced Darwin would be released from its "lockout" from midnight Tuesday after one man, who has been in Howard Springs for his entire infectious period, tested positive to the virus.
Both Katherine and Darwin will have to abide by a mask-wearing mandate until 5pm Friday.
This means wearing a mask will be required in public places where social distancing is not possible.
