Health care workers, police, ADF personnel and local NGOs have spent the last week delivering essential services to the remote community of Binjari and it battles a potentially devastating COVID-19 outbreak.
All of these workers have been conducting extensive COVID-19 testing, administering vaccinations. transporting people for care or for quarantine and delivering fresh food, medications and care packages amid one of the strictest lockdowns Australia has seen.
