Moniz-Wakefield was selected to join the Melbourne Football Club as a Category B rookie for the AFL Next Generation Academy selection, while Peris was picked for St Kilda, also as a Category B rookie.
Motlop, who is the son of former AFL North Kangaroos, Port Adelaide and TIO NTFL Wanderers player Daniel Motlop, was selected to play for Carlton Football Club at pick number 27.
They join fellow Territory player Sandy Brock who joined the Gold Coast Suns senior list in late October.
Both Moniz-Wakefield and Peris are former Nightcliff Tigers players and played with the Cazalys NT Thunder Academy.
Peris, who is the son of Olympic athlete Nova Peris, is also a sprinter but put his athletics career on the back burner last year to focus on putting his name forward for the AFL draft.
AFLNT Talent Manager Simon Hardgrave said the draft picks prove how much talent there is in the NT.
"We are thrilled Andy and Jack have found their homes at AFL clubs," he said.
"The NT has had great success with AFL stars emerging from both the Cazalys NT Thunder Academy and Allies and these boys prove no different.
"They have shown great talent and dedication to improving their game throughout their time within the academy.
"It is great to see Jack, another NT boy, be able to train and hopefully play alongside mentor and fellow Territory boy, Ben Long at St Kilda and also see another Motlop name enter the elite game for the Blues."
