They are the first coronavirus confirmations since Saturday.
The first woman had been in the Philippines before returning to Darwin on flight QF840 from Sydney on Friday.
NT Public Health will contact those passengers who had been sitting close to the woman on this flight.
The second woman had recently returned from a cruise in Europe on the MSC Fantasia.

Under national medical guidelines, contact tracing on her flights is not required due to the delay between her return and becoming unwell.
Both women had followed self-quarantine requirements before becoming unwell and are now in Royal Darwin Hospital.
