Accused murderer Erin Patterson appeared before the Supreme Court of Victoria for the first time over the deaths of three people in Leongatha, Victoria.

Appearing via video link before the court from the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, the 49-year-old sat quietly with her hair down and wearing bright blue prison-issued clothing.
Patterson allegedly cooked a beef Wellington containing death cap mushrooms for a lunch at her Leongatha home on July 29, 2023.
Police charged Patterson with three counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder, one relating to Mr Wilkinson and another relating to her ex-husband.
She was also charged with attempting to kill her estranged husband three times between November 2021 and September 2022.
Patterson was represented by barrister Colin Mandy SC in the post-committal mention on May 23.
Patterson has maintained her innocence and entered a plea of not guilty to the charges on May 7.
Her case is due to continue from August 21.
