The Katherine Times went to Casuarina Street Primary School today to find out what students thought about love.
Some adorable love gurus from the Year ½ class reminded us that love is about being kind to one another.
Here are 10 tips from the little love experts:
“Love is caring for someone and making them feel comfortable where they are,” Angus Jennings said.
“It is about showing people you appreciate what they do for you,” Tahli Hales said.
“I love her because she is kind to me and I am kind to her,” Joseph Tracy said
“I love her because she is my mum and she is really the best,” Trixie Meek said.
“Love means having kissed from mum and dad,” Thomas Gadd said.
“Love is when someone gives you a present that you really really love and you can give them a hug,” Kahlan Green said.
“Love is where you help and respect people and be kind to people,” Ava Young said.
“When you love people you might do some stuff like hug them or kiss them. Whenever I go to the bus stop I always give my mum and dad a big hug and kiss,” Alex Hawkless said.
“Love means, hugs and kisses,” Stella Lovering said.
“Love means hugging my baby brother,” Jake Jones said.
