The three men - Ezra Austral, 23, Richard Henwood, 37, and Maximus Cutta, 20, - escaped from the facility in Tennant Creek on the night of January 15 after they removed their electronic monitoring anklets.
According to NT Police, the trio were initially suspected of stealing a ute and heading to Darwin.
However, after almost a week on the run, Henwood and Cutta were arrested in Tennant Creek following a "target police operation" on Thursday afternoon.
Cutta was arrested shortly after, also in Tennant Creek.
The trio are currently in custody, according to police.
