Patty Buntine, a long standing patron of the Katherine Show and Heather Dingle, who oversees the CWA in Katherine are hosting a sponge and scone workshop on Sunday, June 24.
The famed cooks will provide lots of handy tips on baking and presentation, this workshop is perfect for those who wish to brush up on their previous entries for the show or for those who are taking the plunge and submitting their first ever entry into the show.
Both Patty and Heather have a wealth of experience in scone and sponge making and are keen to pass their knowledge on to others.
The workshop will take place at Patty Buntine’s Block 2285 Florina Road.
If people wish to take place they must call 0428 454 576 to reserve a place.
Unfortunately the workshop is for adults only as the venue is not suitable for children.
