Four Indigenous Divas are on their way to Katherine to put on a show.
Touring together for the first time, the four celebrated female singers are travelling across the NT.
Performances will be held in Nhulunbuy at the Yirrkala Yarrapay Festival, Tennant Creek, Ali Curung, Elliot, Katherine and Darwin.
Divas on Tour brings together songstresses from MusicNT Desert Divas’ program.
Their first performance in Borroloola last week at Malandarri Festival kicked off with great success.
Developed in Alice Springs, the music and lyrics of remote NT artists Lynette Hubbard, Shana Ray, Kirra Voller and Donna Velia covers a range of musical expression from country to electric and rock.
Divas on Tour will be in Katherine on Thursday June 28 from 6:30-7:30pm at 50 cent Park, next to the Library.
