THE year will end on a high note for Katherine West Health Board after directors and staff met to celebrate the success of senior Aboriginal health practitioners Dianne Hampton, Rhonda Henry and Brian Pedwell recently.

Ms Hampton, who works in the Kalkarindji and Daguragu communities, claimed the prestigious 2015 Remote Practitioner of the Year Award and received her gong from Health Minister John Elferink.
Ms Henry and Mr Pedwell were recognised as they chalked up their 10-year anniversaries with KWHB.
“Dianne, Rhonda and Brian are all professional, committed and respected members of our remote health teams,” deputy chief executive officer David Lines told the Katherine Times.
