Alice Springs had 22mm as the tropical low moves through the NT today and is located right above the Alice this morning heading south-east..

The usually parched Rabbit Flat had an amazing 96mm and Lajamanu received 72mm as Esther continues to revive wet season fortunes.
Unfortunately there was little rain produced in the Katherine region, with about 20mm the best in the Nitmiluk area but less than 5mm in most parts of town.
The Katherine River continues to dip and is this morning at 5.78 metres from its height of just over eight metres last week.
