A man and a woman who arrived in the NT on a charter flight recently failed to quarantine, police have said.

The pair were arrived in Alice Springs on a charter flight from South Australia.
A 64-year-old man and 50-year-old woman failed to complete exemption forms and undertake quarantine.
They were fined by NT police and order into quarantine.
NT Police have issued five infringement notices for failing to abide by the Chief Health Officer Directions issued under section 56 of the Public and Environmental Health Act 2011.
Three men, aged 37, 39 and 61-years-old, were found to be breaching their mandatory quarantine requirements in Darwin and Alice Springs.

NT Police and Environmental Health Officers continue to undertake quarantine compliance checks to ensure people are completing their 14 days quarantine.
A total of 10,969 compliance checks have now been completed and 56 fines issued.
There are today no active cases of coronavirus in the Territory after the remaining patient was cleared overnight.
This person had contracted COVID-19 while on overseas deployment with the Australian Defence Force.
All 30 of the cases of COVID-19 diagnosed in the Northern Territory were connected to interstate or overseas travel.
There have been no cases of community transmission in the NT.
