Arnhem Crows and Katherine South will kick off proceedings at 4pm when they go head-to-head in the Women's grand final.
Following this, the reigning premiers, Katherine Camels will battle Katherine South in the Men's grand final.
Junior rugby league finals are being held at the sportsgrounds this evening with the Under 14's and Under 16's off to Darwin tomorrow for the NTRL grand finals tomorrow afternoon.
In the Big Rivers competition, Arnhem Crows finished the season as ladder-leaders and will be looking to cap off their debut season in the Women's competition with a flag, while second-placed Katherine South will be hoping their fortunes turn on Saturday after finishing as the 'wooden spooners' last season.
Taking the field for Katherine South is Jaimie Bryant who won the 2020 BRFL Women's Best and Fairest last Sunday, with runner-up Huia Haerewa lining up for Arnhem.
The teams have faced each other three times this season with South winning the first two encounters and Arnhem 62-point victors in the Qualifying Final a fortnight ago.
Katherine Camels are one win away from back-to-back BRFL Men's premierships, but standing in its way are Katherine South who last won a flag in 2017.
The Camels boast 2020 Doug Kelly Medallist Cameron Arnold, while runner-up Josiah Farrer represents Katherine South.
Both teams have only lost one of their last five games and that loss came to one another.
Camels lost to South in Round 10 but then South lost to the Camels in the qualifying final.
The Camels finished on top of the ladder as minor premiers with South immediately below them in second.
The cost of tickets for Saturday's grand finals have been frozen at 2019 prices; adult entry will cost $10 and a child (4 to 15 years old) will cost $5.
Gates open at 2pm and there will be a kids area with football activities.
Fans attending Katherine Showgrounds on Saturday are reminded that COVID-19 health and hygiene rules are in place; please be prepared to fill in a contact tracing form before entry to the ground and remember to do the three; wash your hands, stay 1.5 metres apart and download the COVIDSafe app.
