The group of alleged offenders broke into the school on Maluka Road, Katherine East around 8pm. The group then started damaging multiple blocks in the school.
A 15-year-old youth has been arrested and three others are expected to be arrested today.
"It is extremely disappointing that these youths have no regard for the staff and students at the school and have caused substantial damage for absolutely no reason," Superintendent Craig Garland said.
