The Pop Rocket cafe at the Katherine Hot Springs, as well as the springs themselves, will welcome visitors back from Friday morning.
Pop Rocket co-owner Bec Gooley said her team was excited for another season, kicking things off from 6.30am to 2pm on Friday.
However, due to ongoing challenges with workforce shortages, the cafe will be open four days a week - Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
More news:
"We're looking for a bit more of a work/life balance and we're a bit understaffed," Ms Gooley said.
"The workforce shortage is tough for everybody.
"We just don't have access to that seasonal workforce like we used to."
Ms Gooley said the increased price of goods and supply issues were also a challenge for the business.
"We utilise what we have access to," she said.
"We've tried to keep our prices as stable as possible but some things inevitably had to go up as a response."
However, she said Pop Rocket maintains its commitment to use as much local produce as possible.
"We really focus on using local produce, local growers, local artisans."
Ms Gooley said loyal customers can also look forwards to a "couple of little surprises" on the menu.
Pop Rocket will also begin its evening service on Friday nights, serving cocktails and small chef plates, from May.
The Katherine Town Council has also announced that the thermal hot springs will open from tomorrow.
Katherine Mayor Lis Clark said staff had been working hard to get the area ready after it was vandalised last week.
"The top area was vandalised last week with burnouts on the grassed area and a seat burned, so deliberate damage to a community area. It's disappointing and council staff are still in the process of fixing it but it is open for use and we will persevere as it is important to be able to enjoy our outdoor spaces," she said.
"Preparations to the area included cleaning the mud and debris off the stairs down to the springs and putting the rubbish bins back."
Ms Clark said she was excited to welcome people back to the springs.
"I think people have been waiting for it to open, because it is the only safe place for people to swim locally," she said.
"It's a beautiful, shaded area for swimming, the water is nice and warm all the time so you can swim there during the cold season.
"If you need wheelchair access, please get in touch with council as we have an easier way to get there."
