Although entries to the Katherine Show are now closed, there is still a chance for you to get amongst the festivities and participate in a selection of competitions being offered to show-goers of all ages, with a range of prizes to be won.

For the businesses wanting to get involved, a Window Display Competition will be held again this year, where you have the chance to design and decorate a window within your facility to go in the running to win a variety of prizes.
The display that demonstrates the most creativity and imagination in showcasing the community event of the year; The Katherine Show, will receive a dinner for 2 at the Ibis Styles restaurant and a family membership to the Show.
The Prize for second place is a family membership to the show, and third place will receive a dual membership.
Memberships provide you with passes to the show and the ability to jump the queue at the gate.

Judging commences on the Monday the 11 th of July.
And to keep the kids busy over the holidays, Cleanaway is sponsoring a Pimp My Bin Challenge.
All that is required is to decorate your home wheelie-bin however you please and bring it to the Katherine Show Grounds on the Friday of the Show at 1pm to present your bin in the Grand Parade.
All entrants will gather under the scoreboard of the main LJ Hooker Arena, where your bin will be judged accordingly and go in to running to win prizes donated by Town and Country butches totalling in over $700 worth of vouchers.
Any juniors that partake will receive free show ride tickets for participating.
