From March 2, tourism businesses can apply for up to $50,000 in funding to deliver new tourism experiences for the Territory through a matched cash co-contribution.
The $500,000 program will support projects that create new tourism experiences, new or enhanced infrastructure upgrades and technology offerings.
Successful projects will demonstrate the advantages of new visitor experiences and how these experiences will increase and benefit tourists visiting the Territory.
The grant program is in addition to the four rounds of the Visitor Experience Enhancement Program as part of the $3 million Turbocharging investment over two years to assist the tourism industry to improve the on ground visitor experience.
Previously successful VEEP applicants are eligible to apply for the new program.
Applications open March 2 and close on March 31 for projects to be completed by December 30.
